Vulture posted private logs here, so they've been removed.

Vulture was mad at Izze because she called him out for calling someone a cheater when he had no evidence. His slander and blatant destruction of the reputation of another player is something that Izze does not stand for.

Izze works hard to protect us all, and I'm thankful for that. I'm glad that she is protecting us from people who would use the internet to bully like Vulture.

His actions are part of a pattern of people being real pussies behind the computer screen. They hide behind the screen and say really vile crap, and it's really difficult to stop them. Izze won't be able to stop all of the idiots, but I'm glad for the ones we are able to stop. And I'll use my resources to help her too.

(I have no idea why he tried to hide his post in the newspaper announcements, but whatevah....)

To the community: I ask you to please help me by excluding vile people from outside our community like this from your circle. Remove from your friends list, and ignore them.

If they're vile and still in our community, tell me about it, so I can remove them, and we can collectively ignore them.

Bullies like this are evil, and there's no perfect way to make them go away, or learn about what idiots they are until there's no one there to protect them. It's sad, Vulture is small minded and sad. Maybe one day he'll learn, hopefully not at the expense of the evil that he is trying to spew on others.

Now are you speaking for the community baron , because as i seen it vulture has been a pretty stand up guy , he sits alone , i never seen him in that much trouble , he looks like someone that is just getting tired of the bullshit going on in here. vulture may not of helped all the much in the community but he is not doing harm to it. but for him to get docked for accustions of a player that has been accused time and time again , banned and unbanned back and forth and has even considered to blackmail izze comes around and wins because someone stood up to him but not only did vulture get docked but the other player got rewarded of what vulture lost. i'm sorry but the "community" is getting tired of maybe the other player that vulture was having it out with , but lately it seems that no matter what this said player does , it goes unpunished , so we have two choices either lose by his possible cheating or roll over and not say anything due to the threat of being docked. how many players do we have to lose before someone realizes that maybe vulture isn't the problem in the community but the other person.

joe ? , billy ?, vulture ? and i can't even count all the others but i am sure there is plenty more , not me yet because i choose not to be around said person that much because i feel this said person intentionally tries to create drama and be a true VILE person that is of no help to the "community". but somehow this person is back and it's like burger king to this person "your way right away". a lot of people may not know what is going on in here but i sure do and i will atleast have my voice heard , nothing may ever get done about this situation but atleast they will be known. if you want to keep the community happy then you got to get to the root of the problem because this said person is turning people into vile evil spew because a person can only take so much abuse before they snap , and the "community" had about enough.

You may have seen him as a "stand up guy" but I have gotten one IM, and seen a separate IM by a different person since his ban saying they were tired of Vulture's false accusations in open chat where he was calling everyone who defeated him a cheater (I didn't ask them to provide me evidence).

So... Two sides to the coin. *shrug*

Is it enough to ban a guy just because he called someone a cheater? Nope.

Is it enough to ban a guy once he goes ballistic with Izze and can't accept responsibility for his actions, and just resorts to threats and insults to Izze? Yep.

I'm glad he's gone.

I really do not like to comment on logs etc regarding players against players but here goes. Vulture can believe anything he wants about another player as you all can, BUT no player in Judgement can defame or accuse a person OOC that they are cheating AND especially in local chat. Why? Defamation of character is actually a real crime because insinuations can lead some listeners to believe them without any proof. Hey just read the tabloids at the check out counters. There are idiots that will believe anything proving my point. Seriously though, Vulture accused a player of cheating in local.. it is against the rules.. and yes, if you want to get technical it is Izze's rules, but I am not budging on this one. I will defend any one of you against the accuser that decides to soapbox their opinion of a person whether in local or public chat. Vulture was plainly wrong.

Next, MissSara Beck, Admin and Skills Expert spoke at length with Vulture explaining in detail.. patiently taking time to listen to vulture and making sure to respect his questions. Each time Sara gave a thorough explanation and said over and over again: the player did not cheat. Vulture refused to respect the findings even insultingly saying Sara is biased. See, when one doesn't like the comments made, sometimes that person begins to take a much lower and less respected direction .. it's called attacking. There was no need to attack Sara as all she did was tell the truth while Vulture didn't like the answers.

Next, does Vulture finally take a higher road and at least respectfully agree to disagree? Oh No, he then takes the log of the admin call to the forums as he cannot believe he is wrong. Once I saw that he posted the private conversations I immediately deleted it.

Some of you in the past have been the unfortunate target of aggressive attacks on your character. Some of you have had to hide on alts to try to get away, if only for a few hours, from the insanity of righteous people on their mission to expose you, when in truth, YOU too were innocent. Please respect me enough to know I do not dock, eject, or ban anyone lightly contrary to some people's opinion. However, I will not apologize for standing up for what I feel is a GREAT rule that protects people from being publicly accused of violations that clearly need to be discussed in private with an admin.

And, yes I am so damn sick and tired of it... Judgement Admins will now compensate the player where they are CLEARLY THE VICTIM OF WRONGFUL ACCUSATION with the XP received from the docking.

PS. Keep in mind, I have private conversations with players all the time.. in these IMs I learn a lot about people and I do forgive most. If you do not believe this then just look at some of the players in Judgement who clearly have not been a fan of Izze. Please again, trust my judgement, as well as Baron's and Nixi's. We're a team and nothing is done without a consensus, with no player allowed in or out without ALL 3 of us agreeing. I really like the people in Judgement .. honestly, even the ones that are banned but my personal sentiments do not change my ethical stance which is, respect players as people. When a person can work with Judgement and follow the rules, we gladly welcome them back feeling delighted that we have gotten over the hurdle and moved on. ... again, it's Three who make decisions and WE stand by all of them.

I hope some of you recognize where you too were given chances to hide, and come back, and move on with the support of Judgement. So, please let go of past wrongs, I know Judgement has.

If I may make one suggestion - and i am not interfering with the way management works - or how they make decisions

It would help if there was some transparency on major admin calls - player x is banned because of........ without going into too much detail or posting logs etc - your decisions are yours. What that would do is cut down on the inevitable rumor mill that is pervasive within this community. Truths - half-truths - lies - opinions - the whole thing gets amplified sometimes.
Not to excuse Vulture - I have found him to be a fair player - but I would like to understand what set him off to make those comments - how did he get to that state.
I just think a little more information may help - or even some proactive damage control - given some things that get handed around sometime or things said that I am sure come to your attention.

Joni, I appreciate your suggestion however, posting more than just the person's name, amount of time of ban and reason, I won't do. I don't like to air matters of this nature as there are many factors involved and usually some best kept quiet. I don't like or want the 'he said, she said, they said thing. As you know once that begins it gets petty and often mean spirited.

It is unfortunate that Vulture brought this to the forums the way he did. He had other choices at his disposal such as a discussion on skills, lag time and meter accuracy to name just a few. He chose a negative way.

I have had players who have been drunk, high, mad with a player(s) or at their partner in world or in real which sets them off into a whirlwind of insults and/or infractions. Each player has their reason for going off and feeling justified in doing so of course, but the simple rule remains: Respect the player as a person. Follow the rules like others do in Judgement and if needed discuss, inquire and/or complain but always as an adult displaying respect to the community and going through the proper channels.

You dont say in here, that does persons, that gived you logs of my accusations, STOPED the cheating, now did you? Like i told you in IM!!

Belive me, they cheat... and they are the ones that are ruining the community. not me, or my trully accusations!

and another thing, i didnt threat or insulted anyone, that its the other guys that did, not me. They blackmail people so they can achive theyr goals.
And i Bet you no glad i am gone, that its me again, that are glad of geting out of that poor community that only sees themself, and does who have land in there! clap! clap!
